Jacob Earman (2009) is a freshman at Turner Ashby High School. In his first year of competitive diving, Jacob placed 6th in the Virginia High School League AA State Championship. Congratulations, Jacob!!

Long Family
Tyler Long, Class of 2008, discovered on July 7, 2008 that he had a bone cancer in his lower left leg. Please pray to our Lord for strength to battle this disease. Also, lift up his family, John, Cheryl and his twin brother, Austin. The picture to the left is from a party in which Tyler's friends shaved their heads to encourage and support Tyler. 2007 Susan S. Adamson Distinguished Alumni Award
Shannon Kiser attended Blue Ridge Christian School from 1990-1992. He attended Covenant College and the Peabody Institute. He taught at Chapelgate Academy near Baltimore. Shannon has recently returned to the Valley with his wife, Christina, and their two children. He serves as the Music Director of First Presbyterian Church of Harrisonburg.

We praise God that He has allowed us to be used in the lives of many young people throughout our history. These young people are making an immediate impact on our culture for the Lord Jesus Christ.
A local high school principal made these observations concerning students from Blue Ridge Christian School: "I wanted to take a minute to let you know what an outstanding group of students Blue Ridge Christian School sent to Turner Ashby this year. I have heard several positive comments from teachers and staff regarding their academic skill, leadership qualities and personal attributes. It is obvious that your staff has done a great job in preparing these young folk for their transition."

Andrew Baugher, BRCS Alumnus and Regent University’s School of Law Graduate, was part of the American Bar Association's ABA National Appellate Advocacy Championship Team. His team topped 150 of the nation’s best law school teams.
Ashley Miller graduated top in her class at James Madison University’s School of Integrated Science and Technology.
